You have the right to request deletion of any personal data MagicMoon™ holds about you. This page explains what we store and how to request removal.
What Data We Store
When you sign in with Google or Facebook, the only data we receive and store is your email address, used solely to identify your customer account. No social profile data, posts, or friend lists are stored.
If you placed an order, we also hold your name, shipping address, and order history as required for legal and tax compliance.
How to Delete Your Data
- Email us at contact us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.
- We will verify your identity and confirm the request within 3 business days.
- Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
What Cannot Be Deleted
If you placed an order, we are required by law to retain transaction records (name, address, order amount) for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Revoking App Access
You can also revoke MagicMoon's access to your Google or Facebook account directly from those platforms at any time. This will prevent future sign-ins but does not automatically delete data already stored with us -- use the email process above to request full deletion.
