Returns & Refunds

The MagicMoon promise: 30 days to return any shirt, for any reason. If it doesn't spark joy (or unreasonable luck), we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We accept returns for any reason: wrong size, didn't like the design, second thoughts about howling at the moon, whatever.
How to Start a Return

Click the button above to open our self-service return portal. You'll need:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- The email address you ordered with
Then:
- Pick the item(s) you want to return and tell us why (size, design, quality, whatever).
- Get a free prepaid USPS return label emailed to you immediately.
- Print the label, pack the shirt in any padded mailer, and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 5-7 business days after you ship), your refund hits your original payment method within 3 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is FREE. We provide a prepaid return label via email. No upfront cost to you, no restocking fees, no surprises.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are refunded in full on returned orders.
If you used a discount code on your order, the refund will reflect the discounted price you actually paid.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you need a different size or want to swap for a different design entirely, contact us at hello@magicmoon.io with your order number and what you'd like to swap for. We'll email a free prepaid return label and ship your replacement once we receive the original.
If you need the replacement faster than the return process allows, place a new order and we'll refund the original when it arrives back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.
Return Address
Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner Printful. Once you contact us, we will provide the correct return address based on your location. Do NOT ship returns directly without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
For reference, our designated US returns center is in Coppell, Texas. We provide the exact address with your return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
- Shirts that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as final sale.
- Custom or personalized designs (we don't offer these currently, but if we ever do, they'll be flagged at checkout).
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Because shirts are printed on demand within 1-2 business days of order placement, cancellations are only possible if production hasn't started yet. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@magicmoon.io if you need to cancel.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf. For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll ship a free replacement.
