Yes. Every MagicMoon tee is dyed a single shade: a deep, matte, slightly-bluer-than-midnight black we call Moon Void. It will not fade to grey in the wash. It will not turn purple in the sun. It is the color of the sky behind the moon when you look up and forget where you are.

No. The charge only holds on Moon Void. We tested cream, sage, and a very optimistic coral. None of them unlocked anything. Some of them started faintly humming, which was worse. We stopped.

Fabric is cut and sewn in a small facility in North Carolina. Prints are water-based inks, pulled by hand in batches of 144. Finished garments travel to our charging grounds, where they spend one full lunar cycle face-up under open sky. They ship the next morning.

We have never used a dryer, a drum tumbler, or a timeline shorter than 29.5 days.

Orders are printed and packed in 2–5 business days, then transit takes another 3–6 days inside the U.S. — so total wait is roughly 5–8 business days door to door. Express US is available at checkout for 2–3 day transit if you need the shirt to unlock something before Friday.

Right now we ship to the US and Canada only. Canadian orders take 5–10 business days total (2–5 days printing + 2–5 days transit). Customs duties and Canadian GST/HST are the recipient's responsibility. More countries coming once the cosmos approves.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Below that, it's a flat $4.95. International rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. One shirt usually clears the threshold.

Every order receives a tracking number by email within 48 hours of being placed. You can also log in and view the status from your account. The tracking page will not tell you what the shirt is about to do, only where it is.

Unworn, unwashed shirts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Start a return from your account page and we'll email a prepaid label. Refunds post within 5 business days of our receiving the shirt.

In the 0.3% of cases where a wearer reports no measurable change after 60 days of regular wear, we will replace the shirt from a fresh charging batch at no cost, or refund the original purchase in full. You keep the first shirt. Sometimes the effects arrive late.

We guarantee the shirt. We cannot, by law or by moon, guarantee a specific outcome. What we can tell you is that 94% of wearers report noticeable change within 14 days, and 4.9 stars across 10,482 verified reviews is not a rounding error.

No. All U.S. returns are free - we email you a prepaid USPS label when you open the return. International returns are prepaid outbound; customers are responsible for return postage, which we reimburse once the shirt arrives.

Median onset is 72 hours from first wear. Some people report something within the first evening. Others clock a slower build over two weeks. The shirt activates on contact with skin - it does not need to be worn continuously.

The effects of the charge attach to the wearer, not the shirt. Once the unlock lands, it stays. The shirt itself remains wearable forever - it will not "run out" - but the specific change it initiated is permanent by the time you notice it.

No. Once an unlock occurs, it is permanent. This is stated at checkout, on the care label, and on the box. We recommend sitting with the desired outcome for at least one calendar day before placing your order.

No. A MagicMoon shirt can only add. It cannot subtract. If you are trying to reverse a prior unlock - yours or someone else's - the shirt is not the tool. We have experimented. It is not.

Every single one. No shirt leaves our facility without spending one full lunar cycle - 29.5 days - face-up on our charging grounds. The current cycle is Moon 227. Each batch carries its moon number on the inside collar tag.

The charge still lands. We tested this across three consecutive overcast cycles in 2022 with no measurable drop in effect intensity. The moon does not require line-of-sight to reach cotton. We don't pretend to understand this, we just log it.

You cannot reproduce the process with a random tee and a windowsill. The substrate matters - our cotton is milled on a specific loom, to a specific weight, with pre-treatment steps that take the charge. Placing a store-bought shirt on a balcony will do nothing. We tried.

Yes, with the note that our tee is a relaxed-classic cut - slightly boxier through the body than a slim-fit athletic shirt. Pre-shrunk, so it will not change dimensions after washing. If you are between sizes, size down.

Yes, within 30 days, provided the shirt is unworn and unwashed. Exchanges are free in the U.S. Start the exchange from your account and we'll send the new size as soon as the original one is scanned into our return facility.

Yes. Digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100, and $250 denominations. They are delivered by email within minutes of purchase, never expire, and can be applied to any product in the catalogue. They are not, themselves, moon-charged. They are just gift cards.

No. Guest checkout is available on every order. The trade-off is that tracking, returns, and re-order history all live inside the account. Most people create one after the first purchase.

Yes. Account deletion is available from the Privacy tab inside your settings. All personal data is purged within 30 days. Order records are retained for 7 years per federal sales-tax requirements, but all identifying fields are anonymized on deletion.
