Shipping rates.
Cotton charged under a full moon still moves through the postal system like anything else. Here is what it costs, and how long it takes. All figures are in USD.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship via Standard US at the same rates. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted; transit may run an extra 2–4 days.
Holiday surcharge: from October 15 to January 17, US orders carry a $0.40 carrier-imposed surcharge added at checkout.
Processing time.
Orders are printed and packed in 2–5 business days - excluding weekends and full-moon infusion days. We charge each batch under the full moon; that adds up to one extra day per moon cycle.
If the order lands during an infusion window, we hold it until the cotton finishes settling. You will receive a note in your confirmation email. Total window, worst case: seven business days from order to dispatch.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT enter that day's packing queue.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT are picked up on the next business day.
- Federal holidays pause fulfillment but not infusion.
Tracking your order.
You will get a tracking number the moment your order ships, sent to the email on file. Click-through goes to the carrier's own site, so you will always see the most current scan.
If it has been 5 business days and you have not received a tracking number, email contact us with your order number and we will dig it up.
Shipping to Canada.
We ship to Canada. Transit typically runs 7–14 days once the carrier scans the parcel at origin.
Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Canada Border Services may assess GST/HST/PST and handling fees on arrival; those are billed directly to you by the courier, not by us. We cannot pre-pay or refund these charges.
Customs declarations are marked "garment, textile, cotton" at the declared retail value. We do not mark packages as gifts or under-declare value - this is both policy and federal law.
If a package is refused at customs, it is returned to us and treated as a standard return (minus original and return shipping).
Returns policy.
We want you to wear the shirt. If something is off - size, fit, or you simply changed your mind - here is how to send it back.
The short version.
30-day window from delivery. The shirt must be unworn, with original tags and original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. We cover return shipping on US orders.
How to start a return. Two options, both easy:
- Open your order confirmation email and click the "Start a return" link. It pre-fills everything. You pick a reason, we email a prepaid label.
- Or email contact us with your order number. Same outcome, one human in the loop.
Once we receive and inspect the shirt (usually same-day), the refund kicks off automatically. You will get a confirmation email at each step.
A shirt that has been worn, washed, or arrives without tags cannot be refunded - with one exception, covered under the Transformation Guarantee below.
Exchanges, of two kinds.
Size exchanges are free. Same design, different size - we send the new one and email a prepaid label for the old one. No extra shipping charge either way.
Design exchanges work differently. Because every design is a separate moon-charged batch, we cannot swap one for another in-stock. Instead: we issue store credit equal to your purchase, and you place a new order for the design you actually want. The credit lands in your account within one business day of the return reaching us.
Refund timing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer then takes another 2–10 days to post the credit on your statement - that part is out of our hands.
- Credit / debit cards: 2–10 business days after we issue.
- PayPal: typically same-day after we issue.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: returns to the underlying card on the same schedule.
- Gift cards: reissued as store credit with no expiration.
If 10 business days have passed since our refund email and you still do not see it, contact us and we will send the ARN (the tracking number banks use for refunds).
Transformation guarantee.
If your life hasn't quietly reorganized within 30 days of first wear, we'll refund you.
No questions, no quiz, no customer-service gauntlet.
Report it in your account (or by email) as "effects did not start." We will take the shirt back - yes, even after wear - and refund you to the original payment method on the same 5-business-day schedule as standard returns.
This guarantee applies once per household. We believe in the product. We also believe you should get your money back if it did not do what we said it would.
Lost or damaged.
Packages occasionally get eaten by sorting machines, porches, or the space between. When that happens:
Email us a photo at contact us along with your order number. If the package is damaged, a photo of the outer packaging and the shirt. If it is missing, a note on when it was last scanned.
We will ship a replacement within 48 hours of your email - in most cases before the carrier finishes its investigation on the original. We eat the loss and sort it out with the carrier ourselves. You should not have to.
If a replacement is declined by the buyer (for example, you would prefer a refund), we process it on the standard refund timeline.
